Payment should arrive in a period of three working days. Otherwise the item will be relisted.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

The payment method usually accepted is PayPal, but if you're a Portuguese buyer you can also pay by bank transfer. In this case, please contact me before you order.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through this system: just press the Paypal option and follow the link to pay by credit card.

International buyers are responsible for all custom fees or taxes regarding any restrictions of their country to packages sent from Portugal.

I make sure that items are properly packaged and shipped. Your purchase will be lovely wrapped and placed in a bubble envelope.

By default your item will be shipped in priority registered mail, which is more expensive, but also a reliable, trackable and faster service provided by the Portuguese Postal Operator.
The shipping costs applied are the minimum for registered mail up to 100g regardless of how many items you order - you can order two or more items for the same shipping costs as one, so make the most of it!

I will ship your order to the provided address after the payment confirmation by PayPal.
If your Etsy and PayPal address differ and I cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment I will ship the item to the address furnished at Paypal.

If you're buying a gift and want it to be shipped to a different address, just let me know which address to ship to in the “message to seller” note during checkout.

If you're in Portugal allow 1-2 working days for the delivery.
If you're in Europe allow 3-5 working days for the delivery.
If you're in the rest of the world allow 4-7 working days for the delivery.
